We have 14 UPVC/PVC profile extrusion production lines and one large extrusion production line, ensuring that each product is completed on efficient production lines. Additionally, 10 laminating machines enable our products to meet high customer standards in both appearance and performance. With an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, we can meet the substantial demands of customers from around the world.
In addition to the main production base, we also have a 5,000-square-meter UPVC plastic steel profile window and door production base. This base is equipped with two large welding machines, two profile cutting machines, one milling machine, and various other tools. With an annual production capacity of 12,000 sets, this enhances our market competitiveness and provides customers with more choices and flexibility.
